I discover about juggling 2 year ago, when I about going through some kind of depression that how i started learn juggling and today i am more happy then before and help me to self - discipline. each day i am looking forward practicing, training 2 to 3 hour and create new idea and different style of juggling. it is tough to learn juggling, it depend how much patient you have and which direction you want to go. it become my favor sport my passion and it work well with Chinese qikong.
