This is some of the
This is some of the most beautiful things I've heard in my life, this piano music started playing during the most emotional scene in the entire first Umineko part, when everything seemed full of despair after all the tragedies that happened and when some of the characters fucked up and acted horribly towards each other out of fear and anger and mistrust, and then later realizing how ugly they have been acting towards the people they've loved and spent beautiful times with their whole lives, then regretting it and deciding to ignore all their fears and mistrust even if they were logical just so they can forgive these people and make sure of their safety, even if it was probably foolish.
At first the music sounded unsettling and creepy and hopeless, then it became sad in a very kind way like it's trying to scold you or comfort you and make you a nicer person... which is exactly how this scene went
The soothing sound of the rain and the old fashioned clock ticking in the background of it all made it very lovely and more impacting too
