Rose is associated with shahi or the royal taste. Here is what we bring to you in the form of an ice cream.... presenting the rose icecream that rules all other flavors of ice cream.

Rose Ice cream

Ingredients:
Whipping cream -1.5 cup
Milk powder -1/4 cup
Condensed milk-1/4cup
Fresh coconut cream - 1/2 cup
Chilled milk-3/4 cup
Vanilla essence - 2 tsp
Rose syrup -1/4 cup
Rose petals - 1/2 cup
Cashew - 1/2 cup

Method:
1. In a bowl take the whipping cream and whip till soft peaks are formed.
2. Add milk powder and whip again
3. Add fresh coconut cream, chilled milk, vanilla essence, Rose syrup and whip again.
4. Add half the rose petals and mix gently.
5. In an airtight container pour half the mixture and drizzle rose petals and chopped cashews.
6. Pour the remaining mixture and top it with rose petals and remaining cashews.
7. Seal the container and freeze for 7-8 hours.
The delicious ice cream is ready to be served.
