Baked oats is easy to make, delicious, and satisfying!! This plant-based, healthy vegan recipe is one of my favorites... dairy-free, no oil, no eggs, no problem! It's a great way to enjoy those nutritious oats. Also, you can double or triple the recipe for food prep to have meals ready throughout the week.

EASY BAKED OATMEAL RECIPE - makes 2 servings

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup plant-based milk
1/2 cup apple sauce
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut flour or oat flour ground oats or oat flour (25g)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
✨In a bowl, mix together the oats, non-dairy milk, apple sauce, and vanilla.
✨Add the flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
✨Place into a parchment-lined or greased loaf pan.
✨Bake in the oven at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes or until the sides start to brown.
✨Let it cool for 10 minutes before cutting into pieces.

Toppings & Serving Suggestions
-fresh fruit
-drizzle of nut or seed butter, or melted vegan chocolate
-dairy-free yogurt, and/or maple syrup
