Harvey is a versatile player who plays for Chelsea Fcs youth team. A free scoring midfielder like Frank Lampard, Harvey can score with both feet. He has played in a number of midfield positions as well as being able to play higher up the pitch in attacking roles. An England Under-17 international, he played predominantly for the Under-16s at club level last season and recorded well over 20 goals. He already has 4 goals in 5 matches this year after moving up to the U18s.
