Sonic Advance 3 - Ocean Base 2: 54"27 (Sonic + Cream) (Speed Run)

Team change to beat a team change here. My old 59 time used S+T and was beaten by KirbyMastah who got a 58 with K+A. And here I am switching it up to S+C to bring it down to a 54!

S+C is my favourite team in the game, it's just all about momentum and I love that. To be honest, I was not expecting this to be faster at all let alone by this much until I played it out. Cream's Tag doesn't get as high as Tails, so there's actually a small skip that S+T can do that isn't possible with S+C.

But the overall better utility of Cream's tag ends up saving a lot more time, especially the fact you can charge it immediately again after using it (Tails has to wait till hitting the ground to charge again.)

It is very hard to make the cycles on this stage - the crusher is so close to killing you when you make it. 54 is very good.
