Flying to the Arctic in SAS Plus | Stockholm–Oslo–Tromsø

Join me as I fly SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) from Stockholm to Tromsø in the far north of Norway, via Oslo. Along the way in this trip report and flight review we get some very snowy weather in Stockholm and Oslo, a look at the beautiful Oslo Gardermoen Airport and the SAS domestic lounge there, a couple of solid de-icing sessions, and finally scenery unlike any I’ve ever seen on landing into Tromsø, with clear skies and a bright moon illuminating marshmallowy mountains below. Really incredible! This is also the furthest north I’ve ever traveled on this planet (69.6492° N). SAS Plus service is kind of a joke, and we got delayed on both flights, but this was still a trip to remember! Plus enjoy some bonus footage at the end of beautiful Tromsø, the revelation that even in polar night you still get some daylight, and even a quick look at the Polar Night Half Marathon, the reason for my trip!
