Instant Chakli Recipe | Crispy Rice Chakali | Murukku Recipe |

Chakli is a savoury snack.Chakli is one of the favourite tea time snack.It is quick,easy and simple chakli recipe with is made from rice flour and gram flour.It is also known as Chakali, Chakri, Chakkuli.It is also a good snack option in this festive season.Instant chakli takes 30 minutes approximately.

Ingredients:
Rice flour(चावल का आटा)-1 cup
Gram flour(बेसन)-1/2 cup
Turmeric(हल्दी)-1/4 tsp
Carom seeds(अजवाइन)-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर)-1/2 tsp
Asafoetida(हींग)-a pinch
Cumin seeds(जीरा)-1/2 tsp
Salt(नमक)-1/2 tsp or to taste
Sesame(तिल)-1 tbsp
Melted butter(पिघला हुआ बटर)-5/6 tbsp
Hot water(गर्म पानी)-As required(जितनी जरूरत हो)
Oil(तेल)-for frying
