Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate v. Sodium Lauryl Sarcosinate

I have been looking for an alternative to SLSa.  Even though SLSa is better than SLS, I still wanted to find something better (i.e. natural).  Sodium Lauryl Sarcosinate is a natural, food grade, anionic surfactant derived from the sodium salt of fatty acids and sarcosine amino acids.  It is one of the oldest cleansing agents and I was told that it generated an abundance of silky foam.  I used it recently in our Calendula Chamomile Bath Bombs and couldn't wait to test it.
