In this video I show you how to troubleshoot some issues you may be having with your Microsoft Surface computer. This Surface computer that was brought into my shop is a Surface Book 2. The issue that it is having requires you to go through several steps in recovery mode found by pressing the volume down button and the power button. Once in recovery mode the video shows several steps in different ways to troubleshoot and try to correct you're booting to Windows issue. The final step is to do a full factory reset. This requires a 16 gig or higher USB stick and the video explains how to download, slipstream and install the iso to a bootable thumb drive for recovery.
