Hey friends, it’s that time of year when our thoughts and tastes turn to those beautiful and delicious summer salads. I am sharing with you my 5 go-to summer salad side dishes! You will LOVE them all! And so will your guests!

Corn frito salad: 4:39
Chicken Salad: 6:28
Broccoli salad:
2-3 crowns of broccoli
1 cup mayonnaise
4-6 pieces of cooked bacon
1/2 diced red onion
1/4 sunflower seeds
1/2 dried cranberries
1 tbsp ACV
Macaroni salad:
1 box macaroni noodles
1 cup mayonnaise
4-5 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup diced pickle
1/4 diced pimentos
1/4 diced black olives
salt to taste
Chicken salad:
2 Rotisserie chickens
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup diced delery
1 tsp dried dill
Frito corn salad:
2 can corn (drained)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 diced yellow onion
1 bag chili fritos
Mango Black bean salad:
2 mango's diced
1 can drained corn
1 can rinsed and drained black beans
1/2 diced bell pepper
grape tomato's, or diced roman tomato's
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
