Today I bake salmon from
Today I bake salmon from Aldi®. I season this piece of salmon with pepper, salt, onion and garlic powder. I also add a little Old Bay seasoning before putting it in the oven. After I bake it at 350 degrees for 25 minutes I add a couple pats of butter and a small drizzle of Hoisin Sauce. And just before eating I drizzle a little Lime Crema on the top. I top it on a bed of Hoisin/Garlic Butter Rice right before hopefully enjoying it for dinner.
I was skeptical about buying fish from Aldi®, but do I ENDORSE it? Please watch and find out.
