Chia seeds 20 grams.
45 ml of water.
Warm milk 140 ml.
30 grams of sugar (2 tablespoons).
1 egg.
Dry yeast 4 grams.
Sifted all-purpose flour 300 grams.
40 grams of butter.
Oven temperature 👇👇
Half an hour before, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
