Every main menu character icon replaced

I replaced all 150 main menu character icons in the ICONS_ALL_NXG.GSC file.
All manually, in Hex edit

explaination
ICONS_ALL is what controlls what icons appear in the menu, (like at the hub boxes)
no ICONS_ALL = no icons in said menu
so changing those icons requires very specific hex editing, which is very painful because of the 252, very hard to identify in hex, DDS files.
which is exactly what i have decided to do anyway,
blood, sweat, tears, fear of fucking up & patience.
