National Educational Television (1968) Closing Remake

I used Logofanatic's remake for reference. This is the second logo remake I made in Scratch almost two weeks after the first remake after a year and a half of abandoning remaking on Scratch in favor of vandalizing. I used two jpg sequences at different sizes to comply with Scratch's 4:3 resolution. I am very proud of how this turned out!
