How To Adjust A Non-Adjustable Lawn Mower Cable

LawnMower not starting? Bail handle
LawnMower not starting? Bail handle doesn’t move the engine cable far enough to turn the switch on? Need to adjust a stretched engine brake cable on a lawn mower but it is supposedly not adjustable?
Don’t replace the cable before you watch this video. I have a great trick to adjust your non-adjustable cable.
The brake cable, also known as a zone cable or on off cable or kill cable, releases the brake off of the fly wheel brake mechanism and turns your kill switch to the on position. Over time, the cable can stretch and you need to tighten it to make the lawn mower work.
This does work with some drive or self propelled cables.
