This 07 Mazda 3 was
This 07 Mazda 3 was a no crank, no start condition. Happened abruptly while at a gas station, the young lady stopped and shut off the vehicle. When she was through filling up, the car would not start. It was towed to the shop where then I proceeded to try and diagnose it. I did fail with my first call, a PCM... this was after doing hours of testing, however, I knew I didn't have great service information, specifically the wiring. I did my best with the info I had. Customer was not charged a diag until I finally got the vehicle up and running. Customer was never charged for anything not needed, such as the PCM, that was just sent back.
