We continue through Tech Support and find the Flight Recorder in the Sevastopol Works Archive. Then we get trapped in there for a few minutes. While trapped, we finally find the Data Cell we need to fix the Security Access Tuner. We also find two blueprints: Smoke Bomb and Flashbang.
