Milk powder- 3 tbsp
Onion powder- 4 tbsp
Garlic powder- 2 tsp
Ginger powder- 1 tsp
Kasuri methi- 2 tsp
Red chilly- 2 tbsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Salt- 2 tsp
Sugar- 1 tsp

Lentils
Black urad (sabut urad) -3/4 cup
Kidney beans (rajma) -1/4 cup

Gravy
Butter- 2 tbsp
Salt- as per taste
Tomato - 1 (large)
Water- 1/2 cup
