So this whole video is the complete version of ALL the Catman sections of the 2 films "Catman In Lethal Track" and its sequel "Catman In Boxer's Blow". Both films are public domain.
This full edit is my doing. I took all of the "Catman" story sections of the 2 Catman films and TRIED to edit them together into a relatively cohesive 46 minute long Catman feature.
Both movies are about 90 minutes but this 46 minutes is the entirety of the Catman stories from both movies, the rest of both films are some generic Asian action picture. The story in both of the asian sections of the two pictures tries to make sense with the Catman parts by redubbing the dialogue in English so the Asian people talk about Catman and the bad guy Father Cheever. But it doesn't matter because they don't make much sense when you just cut out the Catman sections and paste them together anyway.
"Catman In Lethal Track" and "Catman In Boxer's Blow" were both made by "Alton Cheung" who's actually the hack Chinese filmmker Godfrey Ho. Ho is known for (during a certain section of his career) taking 2 incomplete films and splicing them together and redubbing the Asian movie sections to reference the other section of the film.
I actually own another film on DVD called Silver Dragon Ninja I think that is also made by Godfrey Ho.
1. Take a random Asian movie.
2. Splice in a bunch of parts with some white guys (in the case of Silver Dragon Ninja a black guy too) running around acting like ninjas.
3. Dub the asian movie so the asian people talk about the white people a couple of times.
4. ???
5. Profit.
I tried to make the story between both movies make sense when cut together. If you have both Catman movies it might be fun to watch them again and note how I cut this version together. Either way, theres a part near the end where Sam shoots this white dude and kills him. That's a clip from the first film. Then the SAME GUY is in the sequel as the sniper shooter in one scene.
The bad guy of the second movie with the camo clothes is supposedly a different character than the person the same guy plays in the first movie. There were like 8 or 10 people in both movies and it's ridiculous.
Either way, I love Catman. He's my favorite super hero. WAY cooler than Spiderman, Batman, and Superman. Totally. Plus Catman's powers have NOTHING to do with cats as well so there's that. I've dressed up as Catman a couple times for Halloween.
