सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम 2005 की धारा 20 (2 ) के तहत जन सूचना अधिकारी पर अनुशासन हीनता पर आपत्ति दर्ज कराये | Service Book में आपत्ति दर्ज कराये | RTI Act 20 (2) | Right to information Act 2005 यह एक बहुत ही उपयोगी धारा है | इसके इस्तेमाल से अधिकारी अपने उत्तरदायित्व का निर्वहन करने में तत्परता दिखायेंगे | हर आवेदन को सूचना के अधिनियम का दुर्प्रयोग करने वाले अधिकारी के खिलाब इस कानून की धारा का इस्तेमाल जरुर करना चाहिए |
