Grandpa’s Hainanese Mutton Soup. Ever since I can remember, this has been my fave mutton soup and CNY dish. We always have this during Lunar New Year and it’s just too good. Rich, aromatic broth, packed with robust flavours and tasty tender mutton cooked to perfection.


Grandpa’s recipe has now passed down to my mom. Mom cooks it only during Chinese New Year. Each taste, each bite… delicious, nostalgic, heart warming, the taste of my childhood and a wonderful trip down memory lane.
