1Zpresso K-Plus Review: Premium Hand Grinder (With A Price Tag To Match)

The 1Zpresso K-Plus is one of the most refined manual coffee grinders on the market. This video is a simple review and grind demo/comparison after several months of daily use. Besides the all-around excellent build quality, I was struck by the evenness and speed of its 48mm burrs (which ground 15g @ setting #6.5 in just 20 seconds) as well as the easy, precise external adjustment. Is it worth the step up in price from cheaper 1Zpresso models? If you like the adjustment mechanism, and you brew enough espresso to value the 22-micron clicks, then I'd say yes. It's not cheap at about $270 (as of writing), and doesn't quite have the cachet of a Comandante, but the K-Plus's value and performance easily hold their own.
