Hi, everyone! Today we're going to show you how to make a gooey, rich and delicious dessert: Nutella stuffed chocolate cookies.

When I was a student, I visited a small coffee shop very often, because this petite cafe always smells like baking cookies. The aroma of baking makes people feel soothed. So my first experience in baking is to bake biscuits.

We like cookies, they are easy to make and are bite sized. They are also perfect for on the go. Unlike cooking, baking cookies doesn’t require lots of  skill or equipment. Just find a good recipe and follow it, and the deliciousness happens.

Nutella stuffed cookies are soft, gooey and stuffed with melted Nutella. The dough is made with browned butter and semisweet chocolate, so it smells sooo good. If you like chocolate, cookies and Nutella, then this recipe is right for you. Hope you guys like this video. :)

📍Yields: Makes about 11 cookies

✎ Ingredients
☞ For the dough
unsalted butter 120g, to make 90g Beurre noisette (brown butter)
1 medium egg, room temperature
brown sugar 65g
white sugar 50g
vanilla extract 3.5g
all purpose flour 175g
baking soda 2.8g, (½ tsp)
cornstarch 3.4g (1 tsp)
salt 1.5g (¼ tsp)
chocolate 40g

☞ For the filling
Nutella 110~120g, 11~12g for each filling

✎ Instructions
1. Chill the Nutella in the fridge for 15 minutes, then take out from the fridge and scoop the Nutella and drop them onto a lined tray. This recipe can make about 11 cookies so you need about 11 scoops of Nutella, then freeze for one hour or until solid.
2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces, set aside.
3. To make the brown butter. Add 120g of unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium low heat for minutes until the milk solids have sunk to the bottom and have begun to turn light brown. Once the color begins to turn amber, remove from heat and pour into a heat proof cup or bowl, and let cool for at least 20 minutes.
4. Sieve flour, cornstarch and baking soda together. Then add salt and use a fork or a whisk to stir until well combined.
5. Once the brown butter is cooled, pour the butter into a large bowl, add brown sugar and granulated sugar and use a hand mixer to mix them over medium speed for 1 minute. If you don't have an electric mixer, you can just use a spatula or a spoon.
6. Add one egg and vanilla extract and then whisk them over medium speed for 3 minutes until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
7. Add the dry ingredients twice, and use a spatula to stir until everything is well combined.
Add in the chopped chocolate and mix until combined.
8. Scoop a cookie dough about 42-43g per one and roll into a ball by hand, press the center to make a hole as a tall bowl, place a Nutella ball inside and push the dough to cover it.  Roll into a ball and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Continue with the rest. Don't forget to leave enough distance between them. If your Nutella filling gets too soft or melted just return it to the freezer for 10 minutes.
9. Preheat the oven to 190C, and bake for 12~15 minutes.
10. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool completely on a  wire rack. Enjoy!
