I use my Kitchenaid Stand
I use my Kitchenaid Stand Mixer to do it all!
INGREDIENTS & OTHER INFORMATION:
2 cups warm water (105-115)
2 tbsp yeast
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil (I used olive oil)
5-6 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
cooking spray for the pans
melted butter for the top
I put it in a cold oven with the light on for both risings.
preheat oven to 350; cook 25-30 min
Cool 15-20 minutes before cutting and make sure it is 100% cooled before putting it into a bag for storage
