DIY Truck Bed Kayak Rack

I needed a kayak rack for the bed of my truck that still allowed me use of the bed space. These racks are made from 2x4 with foam mats to create a cushion for the kayaks to sit on.  And while it looks like I don't strap these down, these racks still require you to strap your kayaks to the vehicle.
