Update: Using a Phase Change Material (PCM) as a heat battery for my Peltier-based air conditioner. Added 2 more liters of PCM, and enclosed in a styrofoam cooler. Ran all day (stopping and starting) reversing polarity on the Peltiers to get the material as cold as possible, then running a cooling test. If I work this right, I should be able to cool a room during the day, then blow off the stored heat (outside) in the evening.
