Hello everybody and welcome back to my channel!
In this video I'm showing you how I transfer from my wheelchair to the handbike independetly. As you can see I also have spasms during this transfer but I can still handle to do the transfer. It is a bit hard to extend my legs because they are stiff and I cannot just trow them. This is my way of transfering. Please whatch out that my way not necessarily works for you also. We are all different!
