Watch me accomplish a diet for once in my life! 😂 Despite making me sleepier, the diet was actually really easy for me to do! (except for the temptations hoho) ;;
I took note of both my weight and measurements to see how much they would change!
I really do not recommend anyone to try out this diet for long-term purposes! It will definitely not work because you would ultimately gain everything back again once you start eating normally!
If you do ever want to try out this diet, please lower your normal food intake a week before trying so that you won't shock your body and become sick ;;

Ans: I'm from Indonesia - I'm Indonesian-Chinese!
2. How old are you?
Ans: I was born in 1996!
3. Do you speak Korean?
Ans: Not really; I would like to think so but I honestly don’t know my level of korean(?) I self-taught myself how to read Hangul a few months after I got into kpop (got into kpop late 2010 and started learning early 2011). After that I just continued watching shows of the kpop groups I liked and picked up a few things here and there. I never had formal lessons or any lessons at all and I don’t have any korean friends to practice the level of korean I may or may not have with :’) So I think my korean isn’t very good - maybe basic?
4. What do you use to record?
Ans: The behringer C-1U microphone!
5. What do you use to edit the video?
Ans: I use iMovie!
