How to Use Zoom Waiting Rooms

Zoom waiting room allows the host to manually allow each participant to join a zoom meeting. Instead of everyone that has an invite code to join a zoom meeting by default, they will be placed in a waiting room. The host of the meeting will get a notification and can admit or deny entry to that participant. This can be done individually or using the admit feature if several people are in the waiting room. By default, the waiting room option should be turned on inside of your zoom account. If not, you can turn it on by accessing the zoom website and going into the settings.
