Virat Kohli Birthday Special: The Batting Maestro Scores 49th ODI Century On His 35th Birthday

India’s ace batter Virat Kohli scripted history as he notched up his 49th ODI century, equalling Sachin Tendulkar’s record of most centuries in ODI format. Virat Kohli achieved this huge feat on his 35th birthday at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata in the World Cup 2023 match against South Africa. Virat Kohli’s century knock propelled India to an ‘above-par’ total of 326. The Proteas were bowled out for 83 as India’s left-arm spinner Ravindra Jadeja took a five-wicket haul and India won the match by massive 243 runs. India so far, has won 8 out of their 8 matches In the ongoing tournament.
