0:05 The oil on this 2019 Honda CR-V (1.5 T) hasn't been changed in 40000 miles (64373 kms), so that's why it looks like's sludge. The mechanic mentioned it need's a new engine (didn't say exact failure, like no oil pressure etc...) Customer is not sure what they want to do since they can't afford the repairs, is what the mechanic told me.
0:38 As described. Customer has no clue when the last time they changed their engine oil on their KIA Sedona. Not as bad as the 1st clip but it's starting to sludge up from the looks of it. Might be able to get away using some engine flush on this vehicle, but hard to tell just looking at the clip how bad it really is.
0:47 Vehicle came in for a flat tire repair but it had a fuel leak that the customer did not mention anything about.
0:56 As described. Another shop just did some work on this customers vehicle and did quite the "booger welds" on their exhaust, which definitely can be why it has an exhaust leak.
1:12 Customer had their catalytic converter stolen, that's why their vehicle was louder over night.
1:20 A thief tried to steal a catalytic converter off of a customer's KIA but had no luck. I wonder if they ran out of batteries on their Sawzall lol.
1:30 That's a lot of dog food stuck in the hood, which seems to happen because of mice or squirrels from the looks of it.
1:45 As described. A 2015 F450 (6.7L Powerstroke - diesel) came in because it wouldn't start. The mechanic found their to be no oil on the dipstick and the last oil change was 50000 miles ago (80467 kms). The picture on the left is the oil filter on the right, just cut open.
1:55 As described. A pissed off ex-husband put sugar inside their ex wife's engine.
2:08 As described. They had a railroad spike to keep it held up but it looks like the window is pretty smashed up on the bottom.

2:33 No brake pad = a very worn caliper and rotor lol. A viewer sent this in so wanted to share it.
2:43 A customer came in because their brakes were squeaky but they painted all over their brakes which doesn't help and is probably causing the squeaky brakes they have.
