Former TB sanatorium patient remembers

Philip Owen came down with tuberculous while growing up near Lancaster, Pa. during the mid-1940s. He spent time at Pennsylvania-run sanatoriums at Hamburg and Mount Alto. Owen, who now lives in Ohio, is 87.
