East Lancashire Railway Small Engines Gala 11th June 2023

I'm beginning to sound like a broken record here, but yet again I was unable to get to an event. I had planned to be at the ELR Small Engines Gala for both days of the event. In fact I count myself lucky I even managed to get to Summerseat for a few hours on Sunday.
