Tip of the Tongue Meditation
Tip of the Tongue Meditation (Day 139)

Meditate with this cool yoga therapy tongue technique that will help calm your mind, relax your jaw, and ease your migraines.
Place the tongue at the roof of your mouth with the tip of the tongue behind the two upper* front teeth.
Hold the tongue gently and breathe through your nose the best you can.
Bring this technique with you throughout your day.
I have found that it has helped relax my jaw and reduce my migraines. It also is supposed to help with focus and making you look better when taking photos!
