Replacing all 24 rocker arms and lifters on cylinder heads bank 1 and 2 usually fixes the problems, but there"s more to look out for if your in this engine, for example noisy or faulty cam phasers, knowledge of loose oil galley bolts and being extra careful when handling magnets around this engine.
