This is our second video in our Lego tour of Europe.  This is our Review of the Creator version of the London Bus, set 10258, as well as the mini version, set 40220.  We also show you a comparison to the tiny bus in the Tower Bridge set we reviewed previously.

Set 10258 is pretty cool.  It has an engine compartment that opens, a driver window that opens, and a ticket booth in the back.  The middle section of the roof comes off to reveal very realistic seating, a few even have decals to make them look worn.  There is also a soda can and a newspaper.  You can also take off the entire top section to view the interior of the main level.  This set had some interesting build techniques, particularly when building the rear corner opposite the entrance.  The set also has interchangeable ad signs on both sides of the bus - you have to make sure you put the decals on exactly as the instructions tell you, or you won't be able to flip the signs over (trust is, we figured that out the hard way - dreaded decals.)  If you like this set, you can purchase it by following this link:  https://shop.lego.com/en-US/London-Bu...

Our dad bought set 40220 in London at the Lego Store.  It was not (and is not currently) available in the U.S.  It was the free set last month for purchases over $75 at the Lego Store, but has been replaced - you might be able to pick one up on an aftermarket site. Set 40220 is a fun little build and quite easy as you can see from the video.  It is not a big display piece, but still fun and much bigger and moveable than the bus that comes with the Tower Bridge - although that one is quite good considering the scale at which it was built.
