This exercise strengthens and tightens up the neck muscles and reduces/prevents a sagging neck, wobbling skin and double chin. You can do this pose in front of a computer or TV. One of my brothers, who is in his thirties, did this exercise for one month. To his surprise, his profile changed dramatically!
