■Material
120g…Whole egg　
80g…Granulated sugar
Vanilla paste
200ml…heavy cream

Oreo

1 Make a cream.
2 Combine the whole egg with granulated sugar and vanilla paste and stand until it looks pale.
3 Combine the fresh cream and the raised egg in a freezer and harden.
4 After 2 hours, take out from the freezer, homogenize the whole and combine the crushed oreo again to the freezer
5 Completed when it is completely fluffy.
