The Pin Test at the London Police Service

The Ontario Police Fitness Award is a provincial program designed to motivate Ontario police officers to remain physically fit throughout their entire career. In a career in policing, physical skill and fitness are vital. The Pin Test is part of the application process for Constables with the London Police Service and is used to determine physical fitness and endurance.
