How to make Pinoy ham | Pineapple glazed ham | Pang negosyo ham

This Filipino style pineapple ham is easy to make and super delicious.

You will need;
1and half kg of pork
2 litre water
1 tsp prague salt / curing salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup of rocksalt
pepper and dried bay leaves

For the glaze
1 liter pineapple juice
2 cups brown sugar
