रवा मसाला पुरी बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ १/२ कप बारीक रवा
• १ चमचा तेल
• ३~४ लसूण पाकळ्या
• हिरव्या मिरच्या
• कोथिंबीर
• १/२ चमचा लाल तिखट
• १ चमचा धनेपूड
• १/४ चमचा हळद
• १/२ चमचा जिरेपूड
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १/२ कप पाणी
• तळण्यासाठी तेल

Rava masala puri is a very easy and simple recipe. So far we have tried different types of puri like puri, tikhat puri, palak puri. Rava masala puri turns out nice, crispy, crunchy and remain crispy for weeks. This can be a good travelling or tea time snack. These taste just awesome and don’t turn out oily. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cup fine Rava / Sooji
• 1 tsp Oil
• 3~4 Garlic cloves
• Green chilies
• Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup Water
• Oil for frying

Method:
• Take rava, oil in a blender jar and blend it well.
• Add garlic, green chilies and blend it together again.
• Add coriander leaves and blend well.
• Transfer the mixture into a dish and add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder,
 cumin powder, salt.
• Mix everything well together and add a little water to knead a little soft dough.
• Cover and rest the dough for about 30 minutes.
• You can add a little rava if you feel the dough a little soft.
• Take the dough and divide it into 3 equal portions.
• Take one portion and make it smooth and even.
• Roll it into a chapatti and cut small puris with the help of a small katori or lid.
• Take the puris and keep them aside.
• Heat up oil in a pan. Drop puri in hot oil and press it gently.
• Fry well on low heat until lower side gets light brown color.
• Flip the puri over and fry well from other side too.
• When puri is fried well from both sides, take it out, drain excess oil and transfer into a dish.
• Rava masala puri is all ready.
• You can store these puris in an airtight container for about a month.
• You can have these as it is or with chutney or sauce.
