How to connect wire / speakers to 3.5mm jack

This is a description on How to wire a speaker to 3.5mm jack.

This  should work perfectly , though it may be rather quiet , you can  add an amplifier in between the headphone jack and speaker to make it louder, but I obviously didn't do it :)
