To see the restorative power
To see the restorative power of #nature, look no further than the banks of the Kennebecasis River where the Kennebecasis Watershed Restoration Committee , a participant in our Nature and Climate Grant Program, has been planting thousands of native trees and shrubs to improve biodiversity – by restoring land and water habitats – and mitigate the effects of climate change – by absorbing more water during flood events.
Their works is supported by our Nature and Climate Grant Program, presented in partnership with Aviva Canada.
