Pumpkin seeds/ कद्दू के बीज -1/4cup
melon seeds/ तरबूज के बीज -1/4cup
Sunflower seeds/ सूरजमुखी के बीज -1/4cup
Flax seeds/अलसी के बीज -1/4cup
Sesame seeds/ तिल के बीज -1/4cup
Oats/ ओट्स -1/2cup
