½ cup- chana dal
⅓ cup-moong dal
¼ cup- urad dal
3 to 4 garlic cloves
2 green chilies
½ inc- ginger
½ tsp-cumin seed
½ tsp-mustard seed
1 tsp- fruit salt
Salt as per taste
Water
4 to 5 curry leaves
Finely chopped coriander leaves
½ tsp- til
oil
