So you’ve come home and missed a FedEx delivery and found a tag on your door. We leave door tags when we need a signature or can’t find a safe place to leave your package. But there’s no need to worry. The tag has simple instructions for finding your package.
All you need is the FedEx door tag number. It’s right on the front of the tag, at the bottom. Just enter the number into the FedEx Mobile App or on www.fedex.com, and we’ll tell you where to find your package. Depending on where it is, you may be able to schedule another delivery to your home. Or you can pick it up at a local FedEx Office, Walgreens, Dollar General, or other convenient location.
