When a relationship ends, traces
When a relationship ends, traces of that person's influence often remain. Whether the relationship was positive or toxic, you may feel that you are unable to move on, as if there are still ties to that person or words left unsaid that you wish you had expressed.
As you spend time ruminating on the past, you risk missing out on the present moment. So I intend for this sessions to help you find freedom from the past so you can move on to the next chapter of your life.
You are also guided to reclaim your personal power as you rebuild the energy of your solar plexus chakra and heart energy.
