In this practice, we'll focus on poses that activate the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, which are associated with the healthy expression and release of anger according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. By stimulating these meridians, we'll help to release blocked energy and promote emotional healing.

Additionally, we'll incorporate powerful kriyas, or cleansing techniques, to further release stored anger from the body and mind. These dynamic practices are designed to shake off tension, purify the energy channels, and create space for the free flow of energy.
