The Rock Cycle. Short Simple Science

Welcome to Short Simple Science! After learning about rocks in our last video, we'll now learn about the rock cycle! The rock cycle is the process of older rocks becoming new rocks. While looking for videos to show my own students, I just felt that many were too long or too childish. This led to me considering making my own science videos. I am guessing if I had this frustration then others did as well, and so this channel was created! On this channel, I will upload videos about different science topics in the shortest and simplest way I can. These videos can be a resource for: • Teachers who just want to show a quick video to solidify a concept, • Students who need a refresher while studying, • Or those who just want to relearn science concepts! I will build up the content on a weekly basis and plan to eventually have several topics and levels available. My playlists will be organized following the Alberta Curriculum, but the videos will be relevant to other provinces and countries as well.
